Fujicco brand HIJIKINI “Simmered HIJIKI Seaweed” is now available as Japanese space food! It is made with seven ingredients: hijiki seaweed, lotus root, konjac jelly, carrot, soybeans, burdock root, and deep-fried tofu, and is seasoned with bonito stock. Astronauts can enjoy the familiar taste of Japan even in space.
