Astronauts use mayonnaise as a dressing for fresh vegetables (which only keep for a few days) that are transported to the ISS on cargo ships. It is also used as seasoning for daily dish. This product is made by the manufacturing method which eliminates the oxygen contained in the vegetable oil to keep the delicious taste lasting for a long time.
