19. Area PADLES 19
: December 2017 Soyuz MS-07 (53S) launch - June 2018 Soyuz MS-07 (53S) return
The 19th Area PADLES dosimeter was launched onto the ISS by Soyuz MS-07 (53S). A total of 9 Area PADLES dosimeters were installed, 8 in Pressurized Module (PM) and 1 in Experiment Logistics Module Pressurized Section (ELM-PS).
The newly installed 19th dosimeters measured the dose of radiation for 6 months.
JAXA astronaut Norishige Kanai as an ISS Expedition 54/55 crew installed the Area PADLES 19 dosimeter in Kibo.
